Woohoo...it's the season for icecream again...I was at NIGHT IT UP last year and had tried ice volcano for the first time... It's so cool when u see them making ice cream with liquid nitrogen... I didn't expect the nitrogen ice cream will taste so good either... it tastes so smooth with very strong favor as well! I can't wait to visit them again this year! I tried this ice cream last year at the Markham night market. I must say I was very amused with the way it was made. They were pouring the liquid nitrogen into the ice cream as they were making it and white smoke was coming out. It was deliciously smooth and I can't wait to try it again this year!! =)
